After struggling with 6 years of illness myself, and making a full recovery, I've spent the last 17 years helping others, whether that being low energy to having debilitating bed-bound symptoms.

This practical online course walks you through why we get ill, practical tools to understand vital messages our body is sending when we have symptoms and how to respond to symptoms to stop them.

Covering a range of topics from people-pleasing, guilt, chronic stress, grief and self-love.

We also examine the impact boredom/lack of fulfilment and loneliness can have on our health and how to tackle it.

I'll also walk you through the 'fatigue myth' and how we can tackle mind-crushing exhaustion and fatigue as well as other complex symptoms.

This course is facilitated - so I will be diving into the comments to answer some of your burning questions, though this is no substitute for one-to-one Health Recovery Therapy.

This is an introductory course and lays the foundation for your recovery.

Some people will find this is all they will need to get better but from experience, most people will still find they need a few sessions of Health Recovery Therapy.

My hope is that having done this online introductory course, most people will need a lot fewer sessions than if they hadn't done the course.
